NTP’s Story
Co-founder Hayson Lin has over 12 years of extensive experience in supplier management and procurement. He previously served as the Supply Chain Director at Xiamen Red Phase Instruments Ltd (listed), overseeing the supply chain for 12 years, from the company's inception to its successful listing. During this time, he established strong relationships with various high-quality suppliers and built a broad network of contacts. Subsequently, he worked as the Marketing and Sales Director at Light Bicycle Co., Ltd, a company that produces carbon fiber bicycle rims, for seven years, viewing the market from the customer’s perspective. His dual experience as both a supplier and purchaser gives Hayson a profound understanding of the connection between demand and supply, along with unique solutions.
Co-founder Koko Yang was a colleague of Hayson at Light Bicycle Co., Ltd. She was a key member of the marketing department and held a management position. Koko is highly proactive and has continuously accumulated and summarized experiences over her years in marketing and customer service, always approaching everything from the customer's perspective. She mobilizes various resources to meet each customer's unique needs. Additionally, she possesses excellent self-learning abilities and is responsible for seeking efficient technical tools for the entire team, establishing advanced operational platforms that ensure service quality.
During their time at Light Bicycle, Hayson and Koko discovered that for some complex product development projects, relying solely on internal resources was insufficient. They needed to seek specialized teams from more segmented fields to complete the projects collaboratively. They also found that efficiency was significantly higher for many general projects. Therefore, they co-founded NTP. NTP allows various teams and experts, who already have specialized roles in the industry, to become members of the NTP Expert Federation, thereby uniting them closely and effectively integrating resources. When NTP receives specific project assignments from clients, the project general manager organizes the collaboration and division of specialists among the different units.
This modern collaborative organizational model is truly exciting. It fully leverages the advantageous resources within the industry, enabling the rapid creation of ideal products for clients.
